Please join us for a special evening with Field Recordings winemaker Andrew Jones. On Monday, June 22, chef Josef Centeno will prepare a five-course dinner, paired with Andrew's select wines, including an exclusive reserve California Port. We've been hooked on his wines since the first time we tasted his Chenin Blanc made from fruit of the 30-year-old ungrafted vines of Jurassic Park vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley, aged in acacia barrels, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. All of Jones' wines are as awesome. We like them so much because he tends to harvest his grapes lean, and the wines shine with character and bright acidity and are great with food!
